A PLACE BEYOND THE DARK
This is a short film which blends elements of cosmic horror, mystery, and thriller. The score I created, inspired by dark wave, avant-garde, and industrial music, gave me an opportunity to play around with a lot of unorthodox techniques including playing my guitar with a knife, scraping rusty metal wires against each other, and warping my own voice into ghostly textures.

A man with no memory wakes up in the woods and soon finds himself trapped while trying to evade inexplicable happenings and entities that are closing in on him, triggered by his presence; ultimately forcing him to question his own reality.
